Who is eligible to participate in Pioneer Circle?
Pioneer Circle is an invitation-only recognition program for practising veterinarians associated with Alivira. Participation requires a physical Pioneer reward card carrying a unique QR code, issued to you by your Alivira representative. The code is personal to you and cannot be transferred to a colleague or clinic.
How do I know which slab I am in?
Your slab is pre-assigned to the unique code on your card, so there is nothing to calculate. As soon as your code is verified, your slab — Select, Prestige, Preferred, Signature or Royal — is displayed on screen along with the five rewards it unlocks. You can also see it any time on the My Rewards page.
Can I redeem more than one reward?
No. Pioneer Circle is a single-redemption program: one code unlocks one slab, and you choose exactly one reward from the five options in that slab. Once you confirm your choice it is final, and the code is closed. Rewards from other slabs are shown for transparency only and remain locked.
Can I take the value in cash instead of a reward?
No. Rewards are catalogue-based only. Pioneer Circle rewards carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, adjusted against invoices, or split across multiple products. If you prefer flexibility, every slab includes an Amazon voucher option that you can spend as you wish.
My QR code will not scan — what should I do?
Use the manual entry field on the scan page and type the unique code printed beneath the QR, in the format ABCD-1234-EFGH. If that doesn't work, call the help desk on +91-9930030693 and our team will verify your code for you.
How and when will my chosen reward be delivered?
Once you confirm your selection you receive a reference number on screen. Our fulfilment team calls your registered mobile number within 3 working days to confirm your delivery address, and the reward is dispatched within 21 working days of that confirmation. Amazon vouchers are sent to your registered email address.
