Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern participation in the Pioneer Circle reward program.

1. Pioneer Circle is open only to practising veterinarians invited by Alivira and its authorised partners, and requires a valid Pioneer reward card.
2. Each unique code printed on a Pioneer reward card is pre-assigned to one reward slab and may be claimed once. Codes are non-transferable and become void once claimed.
3. Members select exactly one reward from the five options available in their assigned slab. Rewards in other slabs are displayed for reference only and cannot be selected.
4. A confirmed selection is final. Rewards cannot be changed, exchanged, split, returned or resold once confirmed.
5. Rewards carry no cash value. Cash redemption and adjustment against invoices are not permitted; the Amazon voucher option is provided for members who prefer flexibility.
6. Reward availability is subject to stock. Where a product is unavailable, the program administrator may offer an approved alternate product of equivalent value.
7. The fulfilment team confirms the delivery address on the registered mobile number within 3 working days, and rewards are dispatched within 21 working days of that confirmation.
8. Details submitted at registration, including PAN, are collected solely for eligibility verification and reward fulfilment, and are handled in line with applicable data protection law.
9. Alivira and RewardPort reserve the right to amend the reward catalogue or program terms, and to withdraw participation in case of misuse.
10. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
